End-User Licence Agreement

This End-User Licence Agreement applies to your access to and use of the Pristine Shopping Cart. The Pristine Shopping Cart is operated by Pristine Australia and may be developed, maintained, or technically supported by Pristine Tech Solution.

Purpose of the Portal

The Pristine Shopping Cart is an online ordering portal for cleaning supplies. It allows customers and authorised users to browse cleaning products, place orders, manage delivery details, and support invoice processing.

User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate and current information when placing orders or managing account details. Users must only access accounts, order information, customer information, and business records they are authorised to use.

Users must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, upload malicious code, interfere with the system, bypass security controls, or use the portal for unlawful purposes.

QuickBooks Online Integration

The system may connect with QuickBooks Online to help synchronise customer, product, order, and invoice information. Users connecting or authorising QuickBooks Online must have proper authority to connect the relevant QuickBooks company account.

Access and Availability

Pristine Australia may update, suspend, restrict, or remove access to the portal where needed for maintenance, security, misuse, operational requirements, or other business reasons. The website and portal are provided on an as available basis.

Limitations

To the extent permitted by law, Pristine Australia is not responsible for indirect losses, business interruption, or data loss caused by unauthorised access. Pristine Australia is also not responsible for issues caused by third-party platforms or services, including QuickBooks, hosting providers, internet providers, payment systems, accounting systems, or other external service providers.

Intellectual Property

All website design, branding, content, product information, and system functionality remain the property of Pristine Australia, Pristine Tech Solution, or authorised suppliers. Users must not copy, reproduce, or reuse these materials except as permitted by Pristine Australia.

Changes to this Agreement

Pristine Australia may update this End-User Licence Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Pristine Shopping Cart after updates are published means users accept the updated terms.
